New Metzinger Case Redefines Good-Faith Non-Discriminatory Action


Here is a link to a transcript of a recent court case of Ron Metzinger, Munoz v Dept Of Corrections, that is a new decision on the question of what constitutes a good faith non-discriminatory action. This case has redefined what that means and has changed the law in favor of injured workers.
